Why I chose MMM:
I chose the MMM program because of the linkage between the world’s #1 MBA program, Kellogg, and the technical powerhouse of the McCormick Engineering School. I became aware of the program at its development stage and knew it could offer much more than a traditional MBA or advanced engineering degree alone. The idea of sharpening my technical skills and at the same time integrating a broader business sense was too good to pass up.

Almost 11 years later: The MMM program has delivered a great deal more to my professional growth than I had ever expected. I still rely on some of the fundamental technical skills and business tools that I learned at Kellogg and McCormick, but the benefits have been much greater. I have found that the relationships that I formed with classmates, the accessibility of MMM faculty, and after-graduation programs have endured and given me a sustainable support system in a much greater manufacturing community. My current role at Toyota includes leading over 4,000 team members and manufacturing award winning Toyota Tundras, Sequoias, and Siennas with total annual revenue in excess of $10 billion. The daily blend of technical, financial, and human resource challenges are made more achievable with the solid foundation and the lasting legacy from the MMM program, its faculty, and alumni.
