How to Hire a MMM

Since the program's inception, MMM students have been highly sought for their ability to transcend boundaries. MMMs are broadly trained to understand the world of products and services from conception and design, through efficient operations, supply chain management, outsourcing issues, continuing support and revision of products and services, and business functions. MMMs apply knowledge gained through the program to a wide variety of business functions to be excellent managers and workers across the company, whether in design, product development, operations, finance, strategy, marketing, and in processes that integrate all these together to support business as an integrated system.

There are two routes to recruiting MMMs. One is through traditional recruiting of second year MMMs for full-time positions and first year MMMs for summer positions. This process is handled by the Kellogg School of Management's Career Management Center. To become involved with this process, please contact Kristin Stroud, Assistant Director. Kristin can be reached via telephone at 847.491.8691.

The other route is to recruit MMM alumni. You may also post to the Kellogg Career Network. This site will capture MMM alumni, and also other Kellogg alums with a similar background and set of experiences.

The McCormick side of MMM also has an avenue for recruiting MMM students, handled by the Cooperative Education office.  The primary contact is Helen Oloroso, Assistant Dean, Director of Cooperative Education and can be contacted at 847.491.8669 or coop-dean@northwestern.edu
